marketing & communications
Sophie Homes is a seasoned fashion marketing and communications expert, known for her unique blend of creativity and data-driven strategies. She began her 22-year career agency-side, where she notably founded a 25-client strong marketing and communications agency with prestigious accounts including Raf Simmons, Stone Island, M Missoni and McQ Alexander McQueen. While at the agency, Sophie played an instrumental role in repositioning Stone Island from "terrace wear" to the globally respected technical fashion brand it is today.
In 2014, Sophie took on a leadership role at PVH, responsible for marketing and communications for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger in the UK and Ireland, and latterly Northern Europe. One of her most significant contributions was pioneering the 'TOMMYNOW' proposition, which introduced the first interactive "see now, buy now" runway shows to the fashion industry. Sophie held a pivotal role taking this concept global, leading shows in London, LA, NYC, Shanghai, Paris and Milan.
Beyond her professional achievements, Sophie is dedicated to creating kind and inclusive workplaces. She has mentored many young people and takes great pleasure in seeing them develop and flourish in their careers.
